Moving Right Along...

...with more new beginings. New year, new month, new house, new diet! I never want to be as sick as I was these past few weeks. Weeks! Nope, not if I can help it. So Mr. Husband and I have a new diet/ life style goin on, starting right now. Thank you Vitamix. Thank you Dr. Oz. Our first super duper excellent health promoting blasting orange with pith, pineapple, banana, kale, plant based protien powder smoothie! It was DE lICIOUS! And filling to boot. Pilates machine calling my name so gotta run. Have a fabulous healthy weekend where ever you may be. Looking forward to seeing how this affects my creative side and business ventures:) Ciao!

My heart is in it...

....my body is rebelling!! Traveling like we have been doing is only for the insane!! Seriously. Enough already. And now, we move. Again. Moving like we have been doing is only for the insane!! Seriously. Enough already. Alas, it is all for our good. Should have shop up and running far better than ever in the the next few months here. Extremely excited about that. Keep your heart light :). I love my photo of the tree, it inspired me to paint.

2013!! Believe!

Hope 2013 is finding you well and happy! I for one am excited about this new year. My anticipation for good and even great things ahead is so strong. 'Believe' is the word that I continue to hold on to this year. Believing and expecting good things soon :) My Shelly Jack etsy shop will reopen the latter part of February with all new bags and merchandise. Lots to do until then, lots of work and lots of fun! I will be posting here periodically over the next few weeks and months as I'm working to get the new merchandise ready. Happy 2013 to all of you! Believe :)
