What kind of squash did you have? Spaghetti squash is so great because it's the same texture as pasta. You can saute a few tomatoes + garlic in EVOO, add the squash, and top it off with a bit of salt + Parmesan. SUPER yummy and filling, too!
Thanks For the cooking tip! I made spaghetti sauce and baked spaghetti squash in the oven then used as the 'pasta'. Yum! Going to try your idea next :)
