Spaghetti...

Squash for din din tomorrow. Have never had it before so I'll let ya know how it turns out. Veggies and fruit for the rest of the week for me. Trying to recover from a bit of the flu :/ Need to get sewing!!!! Any good recipes for the squash????

  1. Shelly, funny, I just had a huge dish of zucchini and squash. I just cook it in Smart Balance Light and a little salt and pepper. Yum! Have a great day! - Sue

    1. Thanks Sue! That's what I was thinking, a little butter, salt, pepper & maybe a little Parmesan sprinkled on top :)

  3. What kind of squash did you have? Spaghetti squash is so great because it's the same texture as pasta. You can saute a few tomatoes + garlic in EVOO, add the squash, and top it off with a bit of salt + Parmesan. SUPER yummy and filling, too!

    1. Thanks For the cooking tip! I made spaghetti sauce and baked spaghetti squash in the oven then used as the 'pasta'. Yum! Going to try your idea next :)
