Yummy Goodness!

Yum yum yum!!  Here are a few recipes, drinks etc that I have tried and are totally worth sharing here!  I've posted some of this over on my Shelly Jack Handmade Facebook page and am sharing here too!

First off......3 ingredient peanut butter cookies!  Snagged the link from fb.  Here's where it came from 365 Days of baking and more.   I made them into organic deliciousness using these ingredients:

What?  How did that happen ;)

O.M.G.!!! Seriously?  I may never make another peanut butter cookie with gluten free flour again.  Delish!!!

Getting rid of the evidence!

Next is the 20-Minute BLT Salad snagged off fb as well!  Recipe from Baker by Nature.  My awesome, organic, gluten free version is posted over here at Shelly Jack Handmade fb page.

Sorry for the blurry pic.  I was hungry!

I used Ancient Harvest gluten free, organic super grain pasta, Garden Pagodas. AppleGate organic, uncured turkey bacon; microwaved 1 minute per slice plus 2 extra minutes for crispy. Organic onion. Orgain tomatoes. Organic baby spring mix. 365 organic ranch dressing and 365 organic italian dressing. No salt, just a little pepper. I did not mix the dressing in with the salad as Dave is getting home later and I didn't want everything to get soggy.  Pretty darn tasty! I will make it again for sure. Perfect for this 100+ degree day!

Then of course there are the cocktails!   This pic was taken at Puckett's.   Yum!

And this very, very dangerous, delish martini is a "Raztini"!  Tastes just like Kool Aid!!  Makes me want to do the David Vendable "Happy Dance"!!!  Everyone should just do the happy dance!  It makes you Happy!  =D  Love it!

There's more!  Found these at Target.  Reminds me of Starbursts, only way better for you =)

Of course, all these treats are only in moderation.  The majority of our diet these days is this:

And for exercise, a lot of this:  That is me below trying to figure out how to do yoga on my board!

Dave's a pro =)

See you next time!  And don't forget to do your Happy Dance!!!

  2. Thanks for stopping by Jessica! I have wanted a paddle board for so long! My awesome husband got this for me for my birthday last month. It's an inflatable! Got it on Amazon. Love it! If you ever want to try out paddle boarding in the Nashville area let me know! There are a few places in town that rent boards. I'll join ya! =)

  3. I had no idea there were inflatable paddleboards! My son has been wanting to try, but we weren't sure if it would be worth hauling one on top of the vehicle. Good to know!
